The mentorship program that I belong to at work ran a workshop on the Strengths Finder test. The test is a 35 minute online test that asks a variety of questions about what you feel strongly about. The results from the test are supposed to yield your personality types. I found that mine were spot on.
Developer – “You see the potential in others. Very often, in fact, potential is all you see. In your view no individual is fully formed. On the contrary, each individual is a work in progress, alive with possibilities.”
Individualization – “Your Individualization theme leads you to be intrigued by the unique qualities of each person.”
Learner – “You love to learn. The subject matter that interests you most will be determined by other themes and experiences, but whatever the subject, you will be drawn to the process of learning.”
Relator – “Relator describes your attitude toward your relationship. In simple terms, the Relator theme pulls you towards people you already know.”
Responsibility – “Your Responsibility theme forces you to take psychological ownership for anything you commit to, and whether large or small, you feel emotionally bound to follow it through to completion.”
